2, Product Presentation
Piers and columns are fundamental elements in construction, classified based on the shape of the concrete body: round-end pier, rectangular pier, portal pier, and frame pier.
In railway engineering, the round-end pier column is the preferred type, including hyperbolic piers, corbel piers (heaven and earth circle/upper circle and lower circle), hollow piers, among others. These formworks are generally reinforced with tie rods or trusses.
The choice of formwork material is determined by mechanical model calculations. The manufacturing process for pier column formwork is notably different from that of standard combined steel formworks. Typically, the construction unit provides component design drawings, which are then utilized by formwork designers to craft the final product.
Customized according to the blueprint and incorporating feedback from the construction unit, the resulting formwork stands distinct from ordinary fine machining products and conventional construction steel structures.
