2, product presentation
Piers and columns, the backbone of construction, are classified by the shape of the concrete structure: round-end pier, rectangular pier, portal pier, and frame pier.
In railway engineering, the round-end pier column is predominantly used, encompassing hyperbolic piers, corbel piers (heaven and earth circle/upper circle and lower circle), hollow piers, and more. These formworks are typically reinforced using tie rods or trusses.
The selection of formwork material is determined by mechanical model calculations. The fabrication process for pier column formwork is significantly different from that of standard combined steel formworks. Typically, the construction unit provides component design drawings, which are then used by formwork designers to create the final product.
Tailored according to the blueprint and incorporating feedback from the construction unit, the resulting formwork significantly differs from ordinary fine machining products and conventional construction steel structures.
